Vata वात प्रकोप	Dry, cracked, resembles teak leaves (Tectona grandis).	जीभ रूखी, फटी हुई और सागवान के पत्तों जैसी दिखती है।
Kapha कफ प्रकोप	Moist, smooth, and natural appearance (Dhuli).	जीभ गीली, स्निग्ध और सहज (धोली) दिखाई देती है।
Pitta पित्त प्रकोप	The tongue appears either distinctively red or black.	जीभ का रंग लाल या काला हो सकता है।
Sannipata त्रिदोष प्रभाव	Feels burnt and rough (sandpaper-like) to the touch.	जीभ जली हुई और कठोर स्पर्श वाली महसूस होती है।

Pitta पित्त प्रकोप	Yellow like turmeric, red, green, or inflamed (burning).	नेत्र हल्दी के समान पीले, लाल, हरे और दाहयुक्त।
Kapha कफ प्रकोप	Smooth, watery, white, lacking brightness, and firm.	नेत्र स्निग्ध, जलमय, सफेद, तेज रहित और दृढ़।
Mixed द्विदोष प्रभाव	Displays combined characteristics of both imbalanced doshas.	नेत्र दो दोषों के मिश्रित लक्षणों के साथ दिखते हैं।
