Sitting in the eastern wind (Purvaiya).

Sleeping during the day and dry substances.

Autumn Season / शरद ऋतु
Sharad Ritu
Consume / सेवन करें
Ghee, milk, and sweet/bitter flavors.
Cool, light foods like sugar, sugarcane, and moong.
Wheat, barley, rice, and sandalwood paste.
Enjoy moonlight and lake activities (सरोवर क्रीडा).

Sour, sharp (pungent), and hot foods.
Day sleeping and direct sunlight exposure.
Winter Season / शिशिर-हेमंत
Shishir / Hemant
Consume / सेवन करें
Sour, sweet, and salty flavors in the morning.
Oil massage (Abhyanga) is highly recommended.
New grains, wheat, rice, black gram, and sweets.
Warm water for bathing; wear heavy/warm clothes.

Vasant Ritu
