मूसाकर्णी (आखुकर्णी) के बारे में:
आखुकर्णी, आखुकर्णपर्णिका (जिसके पत्ते चूहे के कान के समान हों) और भूदरीभवा (भूमि पर उत्पन्न होने वाली)—ये इसके पर्यायवाची नाम हैं। मूसाकर्णी स्वाद में कटु (तीखी), तिक्त (कड़वी) और कषाय (कसैली) होती है। यह तासीर में शीत (ठंडी) और पचने में हल्की (लघु) होती है। पचने के बाद (विपाक में) इसका प्रभाव कटु होता है। यह मूत्र संबंधी रोगों (पेशाब की बीमारियों), कफ जनित विकारों और कृमियों (पेट के कीड़ों) का नाश करने वाली है।
