Botanical Synonyms: It is proclaimed by the names Kakajangha (having stems resembling a crow's leg), Nadikanta (fond of rivers/growing near water), Kakatikta, Sulomasha (highly hairy/pubescent), Paravatapadi (resembling a pigeon's foot), Dasi, and Kaka.
Properties and Dosha Effect: Kakajangha is cold in potency , and bitter and astringent in taste. It is highly effective in conquering and pacifying both the Kapha and Pitta doshas .
